REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!

THE HYATT REGENCY will be the location for certain workshops, opening ceremonies, friday entertainment, banquet lunch and dinner on Saturday, and the after party.
It is highly recommended that you reserve a room at the Hyatt Regency! Please also be sure to mention ECAASU in order to receive the discounted price of $105.00.

FOR GROUP REGISTRATION:
It is recommended that the group leader first register, and then register the group before having the rest of the members register. Users and groups will be able to edit their information at any time until registration closes.
** Groups of 35 or more will receive 50% off t-shirts. **

ATTENTION: RUTGERS NEW BRUNSWICK/NEWARK/CAMDEN STUDENTS
If you are interested in registering for the conference, your options are as follows:

1. Register as a full attendee for the discounted price of $40.00

To register as a Rutgers University full attendee, you have to register individually first with your eden accounts. After you receive an email notification about your regirstrant validation and password, you must log into your account and change your group to "Rutgers University Full Registration."

2. Register for ONLY workshops for free and pay a separate fee for entertainment. Banquet lunch and dinner on Saturday will NOT be included.

CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
Requests for cancellations and substitutions must be sent via email to peter@ecaasu2009.org.

Subject Heading: "Cancellation for [Full Name]" or "Substitution for [Full Name]"
Body must include the following:

Original Registrant: Name, School, Email address
(**For Substitutions**) Substituting Registrant: Name, School, Gender, Email address, Phone Number, Year; T-Shirt Size (if previously ordered)

FULL AND PARTIAL REFUNDS
For all refunds, you must provide the full name and mailing address.

FULL REFUNDS for cancellations are available upon request until midnight of 01/15/2009 (end of Regular Registration).
PARTIAL REFUNDS for cancellations are available upon request until midnight of 01/31/2009 (end of Late Registration).

Partial Refund for Early Registration: $20.00
Partial Refund for Regular Registration: $25.00
Partial Refund for Late Registration: $30.00

Refunds will NOT be offered to the original registrant in the case of a substitution; it must be negotiated between the original registrant and substitute on their own.
