Looking for ECAASU to support your organization’s event? Please read over our guidelines and suggestions before sending your event information. If you have any questions, please email the Tiffany Su, the ECAASU National Chair at nationalchair@ecaasu.org.

ECAASU will consider co-sponsoring and/or co-hosting events that

•    Address topics related to pan-Asian American issues
•    Contribute to building relationships among members of the Asian American community
•    Enhance understanding between the Asian American community and the general public

Supplementary requirements:

•    Hosts of events can be ethnic-specific groups as long as they serve people of all Asian ethnicities.
•    Events target undergraduates and/or graduate students, but if event is for graduate students, it must be open to undergraduates.
•    Hosting organizations of event withhold political affiliation for promotion and premise of event.

If your organization seeks a monetary sponsorship, ECAASU National can provide up to $500 maximum. Because of our budget, monetary sponsorships are limited.

You should expect a decision for sponsorship and/or co-hosting from ECAASU National within 2 weeks. Please anticipate that if a monetary sponsorship is granted, the funding will be sent 1-2 weeks after the decision. Thank you for contacting us! We look forward to hearing from you.
