Conference & Events

The ECAASU National Conference is an annual conference that brings together over 1000 students from 100+ schools and speakers from around the country to discuss issues affecting Asian Americans. The conference takes place at a host university in February or March.

The host of the 2011 ECAASU National Conference is the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

We invite you to join us for a productive, educational, and inspirational weekend. Check out its Twitter (Link) and JOIN the facebook group (ECAASU 2011 at UMASS AMHERST)!

Other ECAASU National events include regional mixers, advocacy projects, alumni events, and leadership retreats.

Regional mixers during the academic year that provide a more intimate setting for discussions about Asian American issues and ECAASU National activities. Make sure to check out when the ECAASU National Board is hosting a mixer in your region. Mark your calendars!

Advocacy projects bring together leaders of student organizations at various universities to work together to bring positive change on our communities. Email the Taskforce Chairs to learn more about their projects and what you can do to help! If you want to make a commitment to the project, join the Taskforce Committee of our respective chairs.

Alumni events give young alumni the opportunity to broaden their networks. Alumni support ECAASU National through donations to ECAASU National and involvement as workshop leaders and speakers at the conference.
