In the interest of minimizing risks associated with COVID-19, face masks are highly encouraged for attendees in all in-person workshops, networking events, social events, and ceremonies.

There is no limit to how many attendees you can bring to the Conference. Group ticket discounts are available for groups of 10+ at a rate of $70/attendee for the regular registration period (Jan 2 - Mar 15). No group discount rates will be offered during the late or last call registration period (Mar 16 - 25). Attendees registering as members of one group can find further instructions in the registration form below. 2026 Conference Registration Form Group Payment Information: Larger groups of 10+ attendees will be eligible for reduced pricing (rates are listed in the section above). Individuals in these groups have the option of registering using the discounted rate and completing payment via the Zeffy form. Groups may also register on behalf of their delegation by submitting one single payment given that all group members’ information is provided within the single form. Please follow delegation naming instructions in the registration form to properly qualify for group rates. ● If your college/university requires payment submitted/documented with an invoice for funding purposes, please contact registration@ecaasu.org and cc tiffany.mai@ecaasu.org. You should plan to book a two-night stay for the evening of Friday (3/27) and Saturday (3/28). While there is no formally scheduled programming for Sunday, Saturday’s events are scheduled to end in the late evening.
Attendees are expected to provide their own transportation. Durham is easily accessible via GoDurham and GoTriangle.

Attendees should prioritize searching for parking at their respective hotels. Duke University and Durham have street and garage parking with varying rates depending on day/time.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided for the full day of programming on Saturday, March 28th. All other meals will not be covered. Registered attendees can denote their dietary restrictions on their registration form.
