Phoebe Balascio is a Chinese American adoptee raised in Delaware and living in Pittsburgh. They have been in ECAASU spaces since 2018 as a Campus Summits Coordinator, Director of Outreach, and member of the Board of Directors. She works in public health and enjoys pottery, plants, and wandering around (read: getting lost in) cities.
