Board of Directors: Chair

Phoebe Balascio is a Chinese American adoptee raised in Delaware and living in Pittsburgh. They have been in ECAASU spaces since 2018 as a Campus Summits Coordinator, Director of Outreach, and member of the Board of Directors.

Tiffany Wang
Board of Directors: Development

Tiffany Wang (she/hers) is a third generation Chinese Taiwanese American born and raised in Maryland. She has previously served as ECAASU’s Campus Summits Coordinator (with her best friend Phoebe Balascio), Advocacy and Policy Coordinator, and Executive Director. She currently attends Northeastern University School of Law, where she’s gaining legal skills and knowledge to bring back to low-income immigrant communities and grassroots organizations.

Michael Nguyen
Board of Directors: Advocacy

Michael Nguyen holds work as ECAASU’s Advocacy Chair on the Board of Directors. Being involved with ECAASU since 2020, they previously served as Advocacy Content Manager, Director of Advocacy, and member of the Board of Directors. Currently, he builds advocacy and political education knowledge and programming for the organization.

Eisa Marie Casaclang
Board of Directors: Fellowship

Eisa Marie Casaclang is a Filipino American from northern New Jersey. She graduated from The College of New Jersey Fall 2021 and is currently studying for a master’s degree in Community Health at the University of Illinois: Urbana- Champaign.

Felicia Yan
Board of Directors: Secretary / Historian

Felicia Yan (she/her/hers) is a Chinese-American from Eastern Pennsylvania. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2022. She has been on ECAASU’s national board since 2021 and was a member of conference team for the 2020-2021 term.

Estelle Kim
Board of Directors: Conference

Estelle Kim is a Korean American born and raised in Northern Virginia. She is currently a first year Masters student in Public Policy at Georgetown University, where she is particularly interested in social and legal policy. Estelle graduated with highest distinction from the University of Virginia (UVA) with a BA in Sociology in May 2023.

Katherine Yang
Board of Directors: Conference

Katherine is a Chinese American bioengineering student at the University of Pittsburgh with hopes of attending medical school after competing her undergraduate education. She was the logistics director for the 2020 ECAASU conference and is involved on campus with the Chinese American Student Association (CASA).
